Stud bolts in ASTM A193 B7 with two ASTM A194 2H heavy hex nuts – cut, chamfered and marked in our own production, inch or metric, with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates.
B7 / 2H stud bolt sets, from stock.
The B7 / 2H set is the standard bolting for ASME B16.5 flanges in oil & gas, petrochemicals and power: alloy steel studs to ASTM A193 B7 (quenched and tempered, −29 °C to +400 °C) with heat-treated carbon-steel nuts to ASTM A194 2H.
Sets are made to the flange size and class, in UNC / 8UN inch threads or metric, plain or coated (Xylan, TAKECOAT-1000, HDG) – 2.000 stud bolts a day, from stock to 39+ countries. Sour service? Choose B7M with 2HM nuts.
