We pack and label with your own labels and packing slips, so the shipment looks like it left your own warehouse.
Produced and marked for you
On request, we produce to your specification and mark the parts with your logo, alongside the markings the standard requires.
Shipped straight to your customer
We can deliver directly to your customer as a blind drop shipment: neutral or under your brand, with your packing slip and no HBS branding on the parcel. You keep the customer relationship, and we take care of the logistics.

Grade markings and the manufacturer's identification remain as the standard requires, every part stays traceable to its heat number, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are always issued in the name of HBS Solutions. Our name may not be on the box, but we stand behind the quality and the guarantee of every part.

- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- No. We supply white label from the first piece.
- What lead time should I expect?
- On request. It depends on product, quantity and marking, and we confirm it with every quotation.
- Can you ship directly to my customer?
- Yes. We deliver as a blind drop shipment, neutral or under your brand.
- Will you approach my customers?
- No. Before we start, we agree with you on supply and non-competition, in writing or by contract. Your customers stay yours.
- Which products can carry my logo, and how is it applied?
- On request. We check this per product and quantity.
- Can I see a sample first?
- Yes, on request we make a sample or proof before production.
- Whose name is on the certificates?
- Always HBS Solutions. We guarantee the quality, so the EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued in our name.
- What file do you need for my logo?
- Any format. Send what you have, whether that is a vector file, an image or a PDF, and we prepare it for marking.
